Delivery and Returns

When items are in stock, we aim to despatch within 5 working days. We will let you know if there is any delay to your order. All deliveries will be carried out by courier Interlink Express and must be signed for. Undelivered parcels will need to be picked up from your local depot, which should be arranged between you and our couriers (0870 904 1016). We reserve the right to charge you for any extra cost arising from changes you make to the delivery address after your order has been processed.

Whilst we understand that it is not always possible, it is easier for all concerned if you provide us with a delivery address that is manned during the working day.

Orders from overseas are welcome. Please contact us for specific charges and any import duties.

We can only refund and exchange within 14 days of despatch. Sadly we cannot cover the cost of returned items and are only responsible for them on receipt. Please send by recorded delivery.
