Delivery and Returns
Stock Availability and Delivery
When items are in stock, we aim to deliver within 5 working days, unless you have paid for next day delivery on any orders placed by 12 noon. We will let you know if there is any delay in your order. Deliveries will be made using either Royal Mail or a courier. We reserve the right to charge you for any extra cost arising from changes you make to the delivery address after your order has been processed. Please use an alternative address for delivery if you are not going to be able to receive the parcel.
Please note that all personalised products take 4-6 weeks from approval of artwork.
Colour Reproduction
Whilst every attempt has been made to accurately reproduce the colours of all our products in our current brochure and online, there may be a degree of colour variance.
Overseas Delivery
Orders from overseas are welcome. Please contact us for specific charges and any import duties.
How to Pay
SW Collection:
We only charge you when your goods are despatched and accept the following credit cards: Visa/Mastercard/Maestro and Delta. If you prefer to pay by cheque, please make them payable to Scarlett Willow Limited. We will need your home address, cheque guarantee card number, expiry date and issue number (where applicable) written on the back of your cheque.
Personalised Products:
We take payment to confirm your order for all personalised goods before they go into production.
Returns
We can only refund and exchange within 14 days of despatch. Sadly we cannot cover the cost of returned items and are only responsible for them on receipt. Please send by recorded delivery to Scarlett Willow, Hamilton House, Fairfax Road, Heathfield, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ12 6UD.
Sales items are non-refundable.
